Work place harrment?

a lot of people are jerks and a lot of "managers" don't have the skills to deal with and direct employees. none of this is harment. if you feel you are treated unfairly contact your mangers supervisor and make your concerns known. if nothing is done then you may need to find a better more suitable place to be employed. if you find it necessary to quit give your notice, work it out and move on . life is to short to have to do with unfair treatment or just poor treatment from your manager and fellow employees.
