How to saut� spinach and tofu?

I haven't used tofu in awhile, so I don't really know how long to cook it for; same with the spinach. I was just wondering which I should put in first, for how long and when to add the second ingredient (and for how long as well). I'll be cooking in olive oil and minced garlic :) Thanks in advance!
