Which is a bigger offense, shoplifing over 1K or failure to report to a parole officer for three years?

My gf has this big snobby roommate who compulsively shoplifts whenever she can & has well over 2 grand of merchandise from it. She recently threatened to call the cops on me if she saw me around my own gf because she doesn't approve of me. I have an outstanding warrant for my arrest concerning failure to report to my parole officer for 3 years in a different state from speeding, evading the police, reckless driving & driving on a suspended license. That's the back story for you. Any legal advice would be great. I'm not crazy like I was when I was a kid but I'd like to know that my gf or I could turn her in & get her nose out of our business.
