Should I take this trade in Fantasy baseball?

I have only 4 outfielders, the best which is Matt Holliday. However, I can pick up another if needed. I have a semi- strong staff anchored by Wainwright. I have been offered Roy Halladay for Matt Holiday. Should I accept?
