uhm...yeah hi...i read about an article that says that if you skip breakfast you will more likely gain weight because by noon you will be ravenous and lose control of your diet like sumo wrestlers....what i was wondering is .... is it okay to eat breakfast and lunch at the same time (brunch) cause i want to lose weight but i'm not really that fat. and i usually wake 10 or 11 am...so will it increase or decrease my weight if i eat brunch...?....thank you...^_^
