When applying for jobs, I often get asked what other locations i can work at. applying at those locations too?

K, so I'm looking for a job and I'm shoving my resume into every crevice I can find. (I'm looking for a retail or something with food). Often, I get asked what other locations in the city I can work at (and for me, it's anything south of downtown.) So for example, I applied at store X in downtown, and they asked me where I can work. I said anything south of downtown. I go to mall Y, which is also south of downtown, and I see Store X. Should I apply at store X, even though I did in another location?
