My face is red what to do?

every summer time the heat makes my face turn red and get kind of splotchy. i dont have a fan in my room cause i sleep in a loft bed. and i dont have an ac in my room. what do i do??? i put on aloe every night to try to make my skin better (no help). and my skin is getting dry cuz its really hot n putting lotion on my skin makes it seem hotter. any suggestions cuz my face is dry and red!!!
