Integrated Intel� 945GSE UMA Graphics Media Accelerator?

i am getting a Dell Mini 10v laptop and it has that graphics in it. i like to play video games on my computer and was wondering how much VRAM it has and if it can play "Grand theft Auto San Andreas" because i relly LOVE that game and want to be able to play it moble without having to buy a laptop over $350.00
