I need iphone drive for windows vista?

I am a windows vista user and I have explored that to connect iPhone through PC we need SSH server and WinSCP, but this only works on wi-fi (if I am not wrong), and also I dont want ibrickr because it doesn't access the iPhone files completely I need to know that is there any way to access iPhone files system through PC just like we plug any USB flash drive just like Mac OS's iphone drive because I dont use Wi-Fi and I don't Wi-Fi at all at my home.
