I have a question about the earthbound immortals so here is the Question....?

ok if u have mausoleum of the emperor out and skill drain out if u use mausoleum then set them use skill drain to bring them out canceling their effects ok now here is my question if i do that and once i have them out what would happen if i destroyed skill drain...i have tag force 4 so i got the earthbounds and i wanna know so please help me
