How loyal are Mormons really?

I am a in the middle person, I guess they say independent. I like Mit because of his leadership. And Mormons have ranks in their "gatherings". So I think he knows what it means to lead. On the other hand, I cannot find to much wrong with him and that is kinda scary to me.
