Help with longboard shockpads and bearings?

well shockpads make the vibrations less noticeable, and damage the deck less. i don't know what bearing spacers do, but i know they help, so get them. make sure you get them in the right size though. you can get stuff like this on like milehighskates.com and daddiesboardshop.com. pretty much anywhere that sells skate stuff
